Sovereign View Association

Since 1982, Sovereign View Association static caravan park has been set amidst tranquil and peaceful countryside in East Sussex, with views over the Pevensey Levels, English Channel, Eastbourne and the South Downs.

Our park is a holiday park and therefore a non-residential site, and is open from 1st March to January 14th. The park is managed by a Management Committee, elected by members, who run the park for the collective good, on a non-profit basis.

Caravans are privately sold via our website, and estate agents. You will be purchasing a 1/45th share of Sovereign View Association benefitting from a very low yearly fee which is currently £500 per year. There is a new member interview process to ensure they understand and agree to our regulations. The main purchasing rules are that caravans cannot be sub let or rented, and thereby limiting the park to known owners, family and friends. To purchase your children need to be over the age of 16.

East Sussex is a wonderful destination on the South East Coast, we are conveniently located to the popular seaside towns of Bexhill, Hastings and Eastbourne with great transport connections to nearby bohemian Brighton and cosmopolitan London. Located in 1066 Country with many historic attractions including Battle Abbey, Bodiam and Pevensey Castle.
